Jojo Diaz Jr. has been on a long journey with his boxing career that has allowed him to not only prosper in the sport but also has given him the opportunity to show his family different sides of life experiences.

Being trained by his father as a kid coming up, Jojo fell in love with boxing when he was able to protect himself from bullies at school. El Monte born and raised, Diaz has quickly become a rising name in boxing. Speaking with Letty of the Power Mornings show, Diaz has experienced the ebs and flows of the sport and admits that he’s focused on his faith and continuously putting in honest work. As an inspiration for many from his community, Jojo knows the weight of his career and how he continues to be a leader to those who look up to him.
