New York pulled all the way up today when Dave East came through to kick it with the Morning show crew. Joining Teddy Mora, Melissa Rios, and DJ Carisma, East chopped it up about Fat Joe’s recent comments that placed Drake as this generation’s Michael Jackson.

While Dave didn’t side with Joe, East had to throw some respect on his own name as he discussed his new Karma 3 project and shouts himself out as one of the only rappers who held it down as an actual D1 basketball player. The Harlem rapper also speaks on linking up with J. Cole for a video shoot and which L.A. rappers always connect him to Nipsey Hussle memory.
