After fans took to social media a week ago to denounce rapper Tory Lanez and demand his deportation from the United States, rumors began to fly cross many blogs and social media platforms stating that the Canadian native was deported back to his OVO basecamp.
As the Megan Thee Stallion incident continues to loom over our heads, and I’m sure as Lanez’ as well, a rep for Tory exclusively confirmed that the ‘Chixtape’ singer is still in the U.S. “Tory has not been deported and is self-quarantining with his family in Florida. This is a perfect example of false information being spread regarding this case, his whereabouts and his character,” explains the XXL statement. There still hasn’t been an official account to clear up any and all suspicions so Tory’s silence and whereabouts has many fans making their own assumptions about his incident with Meg.
TheNeighborhoodTalk2 got ahold of a video clip of Lanez recently at a Florida McDonalds where he’s seen speaking to a homeless who was doing push-ups. They also received a statement that says Lanez is “in good spirits and looks forward to having the truth come to light about that night and wishes nothing but the best for Meg.”
