Joe Budden knows when he’s gone too far and he knows when to issue a sincere apology. On his latest installment of the Joe Budden Podcast, the out-spoken rapper took a moment to issue Logic amends for slamming his retirement.

Last week, Joe Budden kind of went IN on the recent retiree who stepped away from his rap career with the release of his final album ‘No Pressure’. While Logic tearfully thanked fans and his peers for an incredible journey, including announcing that he was venturing into the tech side of things with an incredible deal with the Twitch platform, Budden had a few choice words for the Maryland native. ““Logic, you don’t get to announce this. What the f*ck is he talking about? ‘Cause we don’t care,” proclaimed Budden. But, it seems as though Joe has hit a 180 and changed his tune.

Although Logic never responded to Budden’s initial remarks, Joe has now switched up and cleared the air saying:

Logic I’m sorry man. Lodge. Last week I came in here feeling pretty tumultuous. Fresh out of Twitter jail, unable to properly read the room. And just hating myself and life, honestly. Unfortunately, I projected some of that onto you Lodge. And for that, I want to apologize.

Joe Budden went on to congratulate Logic on his million dollar Twitch deal, praising him for stepping into a new realm outside of hip-hop.
