If you peeped Rihanna’s IG post today without reading the caption first, and you thought it was about her album…jokes on you (and me). And the Bad Gal is laughing alright…all the way to the BANK honey because one of these books cost over $5,000!
Rihanna announced the release her upcoming book, Rihanna. The visual autobiography is similar to Kim Kardashian’s selfie book, in that it’s literally just pictures of the Barbados singer, except this book is a lot more expensive than Kim’s!
The book will be published by Phaidon, and consists of 504 pages of more than 1,000 photos all of Rihanna, Rihanna and MORE Rihanna.
“I am so excited to share this collection of incredible images,” Rih said in a statement. “I’m very grateful to the talented photographers and artists who contributed. We’ve been working on the book for over five years and I’m really happy to be able to finally share it with everybody.”
The “Needed Me” singer is releasing three limited edition versions of her book; the Fenty x Phaidon edition, the Luxury Supreme edition ($5,500) and the Ultra Luxury Supreme edition which is already sold out! The limited edition books are already out and the regular version is available wherever books are sold starting Oct. 24.
Well chile, it’s not am album…but we’ll take it!
