Ciara sat down at the Red Table to discuss her breakup with Future, how she knew when it was time to walk away and how she had to fall in love with herself before Russell Wilson.

Durning their conversation Cici talked about what she referred to as her “beauty marks”, meaning her growth over the last few years. They covered how she was able to find the strength to leave her relationship with Future, learn to love herself, and eventually find happiness with now husband, Russell Wilson. The “level up” singer said she knew she wanted to be happy and didn’t feel that way at the end of her relationship with Future so she knew that she had to leave in order to give herself and her son the life she deserved.

Fans of Ciara are praising the singer for speaking her truth and inspiring other women to recognize their worth. BUT Future fans are coming for Ciara saying everything from how she “couldn’t” even mention him by name to even suggesting that HE was the one who left their “toxic relationship”.
