Jay-Z had previously removed most of his music off of TIDAL’s competing platforms including Apple Music and Spotify. Today, the Brooklyn rapper’s solo albums have appeared on Apple Music two years after the initial take down! The only album not back on Apple Music is his 1997 Reasonable Doubt project, and it is still unknown as to why the albums are still unavailable on Spotify.

Everything Is Love had been released on all platforms after the initial TIDAL exclusive, which raised controversy by TIDAL subscribers who only had the app for these exclusive releases. The streaming service has been struggling to compete with both Apple Music and Spotify since its release, and each year the streaming service seems to be more and more cognizant of this fact.
