Hoodrich Pablo Juan is one of the hardest rappers to come out of Atlanta, no cap! Signed to Gucci Mane’s 1017 Records, the “Money On Fleek” rapper is here to motivate the masses, creating nothing short of bangers for his fans. Most recently, he unleashed his highly-anticipated album titled BLO The Movie, with all-star features from Gucci Mane, NAV, Smooky Margielaa, Young Dolph, Key Glock, Gunna, and NLE Choppa. Now, he stops by Power 106 for an exclusive interview for our Now You Know series.

In regards to why he started rapping, he actually attributes it to his first child. Pablo states, “My first child is actually one of the reasons that I rap. No disrespect to his mother but she was kind of labeling me a stereotype, calling me ‘you got too much going on’ basically. I was like ‘let me stop all that, let me be something that my son can come around. My son can kick it. We can just be normal and have an average day.’ Even when I did that, my baby mama still trippin’. Shout out to her anyway, still made me better person.”

Of course, working with Guwop in the studio comes with memories for days. Hoodrich brings us back to one particular session: “‘Blo pull up!’ Playing basketball, boom we got the chef. We ready to eat, I’m so hungry. Smoke one. I see that n*gga in the kitchen, the chef in there cooking pork. PORK? Gucci said, ‘what, I don’t eat pork?’ He cussed the chef out. Gucci Mane crazy.”

In addition, he touches on his nickname Blo from the streets, his guilty pleasure, and shows us his last screenshot. Watch above!
