The #Beyhive has had a lot to look forward to from the release of her Netflix documentary Homecoming, along with the surprise album accompanying the project. If that wasn’t enough to satisfy her loyal fans, Queen Bey also released her legendary 2016 Lemonade album on all streaming platforms.
For those who have been out of the loop, Lemonade was originally available for streaming exclusively on Tidal, the streaming service she and her husband, Jay Z, acquired back in 2015. Back then, Ms. Knowles made one thing clear: if you want to turn up to Lemonade, you have to do it on Tidal. She even sang the words “If I gave two f**** about streaming numbers / I would have put Lemonade on Spotify.” Therefore, fans are counting their blessings on this one (and so are Apple Music and Spotify)
Homecoming: The Live Album is a 40-track compilation of Yoncé classics– from “Formation” to “Say My Name”– with a twist. Each song is actually the live performance version from her 2018 Coachella show. So after you dance your heart out watching the Homecoming documentary, you can also sing your heart out with the live album on the go.
