Before XXXTentacion’s death he left his family with a piece of him, and seven months after his passing his son has made his entrance into the world.
X’s mother Cleopatra Bernard, announced the baby’s birth via her Instagram page on Saturday. This is X’s only child with girlfriend, Jenesis Sanchez. Sanchez was a few months along in her pregnancy when the rapper was murdered back in June of last year. At the request of the late rapper they named their baby boy Gekyume Onfroy,
Jahseh Dwayne Ricardo Onfroy, who rapped under the name XXX Tentacion was shot last June while leaving a motorsport dealership in Florida. His mother announced to fans after his passing that his girlfriend was pregnant via social media saying, “He left us a final gift.” She also said that they would be naming him Gekyume. The baby’s name originates from a word X made up before his death. According to X, it means “a different state” or “next” universe of thought. Watch the video he made below:
