Over the weekend we got a instant glimpse into a possible collab between Cali natives Anderson .Paak and Kendrick Lamar.
Taking to his official Instagram account, .Paak shared a photo of the two rappers sitting on an uninstalled car backseat, dressed in navy blue work jumpsuits. While further details are not known about the upcoming project, .Paak’s accompanying caption, “October 4th,” shows that what is expected is definitely dropping in a matter of weeks.
Anderson and Kendrick have crossed music paths earlier this year with the release of Black Panther’s “Bloody Waters” release. The Oxnard native has shared a few clips to his social accounts, which feature west coast Legend Dr. Dre, who also had his hand in Anderson’s next album. With Paak and Dre working closely, this forthcoming Lamar assist only seems right for Cali.
