Eminem’s discography is getting a makeover, well.. The album art that is.
In honor of Interscope Records’ 30th Anniversary, Em has teamed up with British artist Damien Hirst to redesign 12 of his album covers. The artist has agreed to do this all for free and get this, the profits are being put towards building a school in South Los Angeles.
Along with Shady, Kendrick Lamar, Dr. Dre, Lady Gaga and Billie Eilish will also have redesigned covers. The lineup includes Eminem’s ‘8 Mile Soundtrack,’ ‘The Marshall Mathers LP’ and more. Each cover will be redone and feature colorful iconography inspired by both the albums’ theme and lyrics.
