Two years removed since the city has been able to experience the complete Rolling Loud festival, as the novel coronavirus pandemic has altered and impacted our usual norms in ways that we now adjusted and ultimately make the best of our new outlooks.
Taking over the San Bernardino NOS Center grounds, the Rolling Loud three day festival popped off like it never left. With a line-up fill of hip-hop’s biggest names, surprise guests, budding artists, art installations, fire march, and an early salute to the close of 2021, this year was definitely one to remember. Covering the entire grounds, RL’s three stages included standouts from J. Cole, Future, Chris Brown, Playboi Carti, Kid Cudi, DaBaby, Tyga, with a turnt close out of Soulja Boy at the exclusive Power 106 Stage, and much more, the festival set us all up for what’s to come in the next year in hip-hop.
And, it wouldn’t be a proper Rolling Loud without keeping the city at the top of mind, as Cali natives and artists who are making names for themselves, shut down the festival and shared all the love with their fans.
