Reportedly, Kanye West held a private listening party for his new album in Las Vegas on Sunday, July 18th.
The event was revealed by Revolt host Justin Laboy of Respectfully Justin. He took to Twitter with a tweet to share that Ye played a number of new songs for both him and Kevin Durant.
Kanye played his new album for me & @KDTrey5 last night in Vegas. Man listen! The production is light years ahead of it’s time, and the bars sound like he’s broke & hungry trying to get signed again. Any artist who plan on dropping soon should just push it back 😤 #Respectfully

Kanye West album is really done. When it drops this week, we probably not going to listen to anything else for a while.. Let me go enjoy all the current artist I’m listening to until then. God bless✌🏾 #Respectfully

Laboy also shared a screenshot of what was supposedly an invitation to the listening event and it clearly states no phones are allowed and everyone attending must register.
Power’s very own Justin Credible of the L.A. Leakers also pulled up to the listening event and shared his take on the experience and the new music that we’ll soon be blessed with.

Kanye album sounding good. As expected production was strong, some raps that are reminiscent of early Kanye. Definitely some vulnerable moments on the project which I really enjoyed. Ye had the mask on the whole time & when he was done he walked off, didn’t say a word.

Kanye’s energy was amazing. Had the crowd in the palm of his hand. Many raw and emotional moments on the project where Ye opens up about family and his relationship w/ GOD.
Features I caught were Pusha, Lil Baby & Griselda. 🔥🔥🔥— Justin Credible (@J_Credible) July 19, 2021

Oh, I also heard TRAVIS on the album. #Donda
Kanye’s level of genius is always an important moment. Watching him listen and vibe to these songs was very exciting to me. I could almost see him making tweaks to the album right there on the spot.— Justin Credible (@J_Credible) July 19, 2021
Is Kanye getting ready to drop DONDA? I guess we will have to wait to see!
