Ariana Grande has linked up with Better Help to put forth $1 million worth of free therapy to those in need.
Both Grande and the mental health portal will match parties who qualify with a licensed therapist for a month of free service. If the person plans to continue therapy, they will be allowed to do so through Better Help with a 15 percent discount that second month.

Ariana is an advocate of mental health and was quoted in British Vogue saying, “I’ve always had anxiety. I’ve never really spoken about it because I thought everyone had it, but when I got home from tour it was the most severe I think it’s ever been… Everybody thought I was crazy when I got home [from tour] and wanted to hit the ground running.”
