There is much success surrounding the Icy Queen Saweetie and it’s all a true testament to the way she’s focused on continuing to be grateful for her achievements.

While Saweetie admits to Power 106 midday host Bryhana and DJ Carisma that she doesn’t always get it right every day, her Icy University is an extension for young women to learn and support empowerment.

The University has done so well, Saweetie shares that the next semester will be a partnership with Facebook and Oculus. Of course, the Bay native has tons of music currently on our playlists, the “Best Friend” rapper explains that her lane of sampling is important to her not only because of her upbringing, as she pays homage to pioneering artists, but it also serves as an opportunity to continue her signature sound but also gives a bag to older generation artists as well. Saweetie continues to make generational collabs a part of her signature, she tells Bryhana and Carisma that she has an upcoming extensive project with pop icon Cher, which the legendary singer takes Saweetie under her wing and gives her advice and guidance.

Saweetie goes on to share that she would like to collab with Rihanna, why she always has to eat at least every hour, how it felt purchasing her first Rolls Royce, and much more.
