Ahead of his official release date on August 2nd, Tekashi 6ix9ine has found himself in more legal trouble as designer hub Fashion Nova is suing the rapper for not being able to fulfill his contract duties.
According to legal docs obtained by TMZ, Fashion Nova entered into a deal with 6ix9ine for a series of brand promotions on his social media pages as well as through his music. Tekashi was paid and advance of $225,000 in October 2018 and the court documents claims that jut two weeks after Tekashi secured his Fashion Nova bag, the rapper was locked up.
Since Tekashi has been locked up on charges of federal racketeering and during his trial, Fashion Nova claims his testimony discredited his images to be a good brand ambassador for the clothing retailer. Although 69 promised to return the $225,000 advance, Fashion Nova never saw payment and is now suing the ’Dummy Boy’ rapper.
