This week Kanye West finally announced the release date of the highly anticipated gospel album Jesus is King. Yeezy is blessing yet another city with an album preview and it was held in Los Angeles! The event took place at the Forum and fans were anxious to hear the project. Tickets to the event were free but naturally they sold out quick.

The Jesus is King album listening event was a phone-free experience and had everyone put their phones in sound proof bags that magnetically locked. In true Yeezy fashion he transformed the venue with various plants and hills making it resemble nature giving a full immersive experience.

Wifey, Kim Kardashian West gave us a first look at the event on her Instagram story and it looks Godly to say the least. She was posted above the crowd documenting the event and checking in with fans below. In addition, she shared some clips of the music giving fans who couldn’t be in attendance a sample of what is to come.
