The title of Snoop’s new album came from the speech he gave last year when he received his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. He explained how it all came to be when he stopped by Power 106 and sat down with Nick Cannon Mornings. “That was crazy because I didn’t even’t have a speech written that day. And um, just looking at Quincy Jones, Dr. Dre, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, just looking at all the great people that was there and supporting me I was like, ‘What could I say?’ And then when I got up there, it was like you know, I been known as a great freestyler all my life, so I was like let me come from the heart and say what makes sense. So after I thanked everybody I was like it’s one person I really need to thank, it’s me.”

WHEW CHILE! We all need to take a page outta Uncle Snoop’s book! The legend then continued, “And it’s not selfish. It’s just being real. And it’s like a lot of us don’t pat ourselves on the back, because we so busy worrying what others think about us or getting approval from other people. […] So I was like you know, this is that one moment in time where i’m gonna thank me and I’m gonna really mean it and I’m gonna stand on it.” Y’all not ready for all the wisdom that this man brought!
