Kanye West is taking over! The musical genius tours all over the world and not to mention his billion-dollar Yeezy brand, but now he’s diving into land development. Okayyy!

Mr. West is creating prototypes for a housing community in his 300-acre lot in Calabasas and the construction process has already begun.

Kanye’s concept to these incredible architectural homes is to change the industry.

According to TMZ, the homes will have a dome-like structure in order to break traditional looking houses. All of the houses will look the same to drift away from social classes. His goal is to no longer define wealth by the size and architecture of a home.

The structures are standing at 50 feet high. Dozens of workers, supplies, and equipment can be seen coming in and out daily.

It is still in its early stages and Kanye hopes these communities can be for everyone to enjoy once they are done.
