The Dream needs no introduction. Having a barrage of timeless R&B classics such as “Falsetto,” “Rockin’ That Shit,” “I Love Your Girl,” and even penning one of Rihanna’s most popular songs, “Umbrella,” the R&B legend continues to unleash baby-making music for audiences all across the world. Now, the Radio Killa himself stops by Power 106 for an interview with long-time friend DJ Felli Fel.
Speaking on his most recent album, Dream reveals how Ménage à Trois: Sextape Vol. 1, 2, 3 found its way to HitCo. He states:
“My father LA Reid over at HitCo. He heard the record. I was actually working on it in the Bahamas, and we both happened to be in the Bahamas at the same time. He walked in, heard the record, he’s like ‘aw man, I need to put this out. Period. Give it to me.’ That was the end of the conversation. Other than that, of course, I was just going to put it out anyway.”
