Queen Bey blows her audience away with yet another incredible performance honoring the late Nelson Mandela. The performance took place Sunday, at the 2018 Global Citizens Festival: Mandela 100.
Not only was the entire crowd up on their feet, but many were even moved to tears and overtaken by the passionate performance.
The event took place at the First National Bank Stadium in Johannesburg South, South Africa, and honored the 100 years since the birth of South African President, Nelson Mandela.
Other artists that came out included Jay-Z, Pharrell, Usher and even Ed Sheeran who performed with Knowles as well.
Last week, Beyonce wrote a letter in appreciation of the late president saying, “Your kindness and gratitude for every experience, and your ability to forgive are lessons I have learned and will pass on to my three children. My entire family holds you in high regard.”
Without a doubt, Mandela truly influenced many across the globe.
And one thing is for sure, Yoncé never seizes to amaze, no matter where she is performing in the world.
