On Saturday, October 27th, Berner officially opened the doors to his Cookies Melrose dispensary in West Hollywood. A long time coming, this new location serves as the follow-up to the Bay Area native’s thriving Maywood location near downtown Los Angeles. In addition, Grenco Science, the pioneer in vaporization and counter-culture, teamed up with the rapper and entrepreneur to launch the new Cookies G Pen Gio. Two years in the making, this collab features concentrates from the most popular strain in the cannabis industry.
Power 106 was in attendance to celebrate the grand opening, which took place on the rooftop of the glorious new Cookies space. Many artists were in attendance, including Logic, Sosamann, Scott Storch, Wiz Khalifa, as friends and family gathered to celebrate his 37th birthday. As for the dispensary, Berner designed the whole place himself. The shop is chock-full of only the highest quality of strains, as consumers are able to browse from a long menu. The different strains are available on display to view and smell, along with edibles, other vape pens, and even Berner’s Hemp2o. Fans can look forward to the Cookies clothing store opening next door in the near future.
