Recently wrapping up his Endless Summer Tour with rappers Lil Uzi Vert, Ty Dolla $ign, and YBN Nahmir, G – Eazy is continuing his season theme with he recent release of his YG-assisted “Endless Summer Freestyle.”
With speculation that the newest offering from Young Gerald is a hint at the next installment of the Endless Summer series, both Eazy and YG trade bars over the high-hat heavy instrumental. From bragging about swag and flexing about the women they’ve had, by the track’s end, the freestyle turns political, shedding light on police brutality.
On the last verse Eazy spits:
Cops killing black kids and getting off scott-free
What’s the difference for what happen if a cop shot me?
White privilege is real
Black lives matter
I hope the barbecues at Lake Merritt get blacker
The track ends with a powerful message with Gerald persuading fans to “please pay attention to reality.”
During Eayz’s recent tour, YG came out as a surprise guest and had the crowd lit performing his hit single “Big Bank.”
