Antonio Jaramillo, the Mexican actor who portrays Miguel Zepeda in Shades of Blue, recently stopped by the Power 106 Perrier® & Juice Studios for an exclusive interview with The Cruz Show!

Speaking on the new show on FX, Mayans MC, Antonio states:

“It looks good. The cinematography, the tone, the music… just the colors. And 97% Hispanic!”

Growing up as an orphan in Mexico, he also shed some light on the act of those who give back to the orphanages in Tijuana.

We sometimes as human beings go through these wonderful things — which are wonderful — to go take clothes, to take stuff, to take money, but sometimes we’re doing it for ourselves to make ourselves feel better. It’s a horrible feeling when people come and they rub your cheeks, and they mess up your hair and they hug you and tell you how wonderful, how beautiful you are, what a bright future you have, and then they leave. It’s horrible, because it’s exactly why you’re there. It happens time and time again and eventually, the older ones don’t come over.”
