Schools in South Carolina are shutting down early because Beyonce and Jay-Z will be arriving in town.
A total of six schools in the state will be releasing students early for the On The Run II tour at Williams Brice Stadium in Columbia, S.C. at the end of August. The reason for the early release is due to the heavy traffic that will occur due to the traffic.
Looks like the Carter’s have taken over another date also because August 8 has also been labeled as Beyonce and Jay-Z day in Minnesota. Governor Mark Dayton wrote in the proclamation “Through their lives and music, Beyonce and Jay-Z have inspired Minnesotans, and music fans around the world.”
