The Candy Shop rapper’s social media posts have landed him in hot water once again. A popular hip-hop website claimed defamation and allegedly sued 50 Cent for three million dollars.
According to documents that the court received from “The Blast,” HipHopDX.com is allegedly accusing 50 of damaging their reputation by branding them as “fake news.” The lawsuit came after 50 posted that they were wrong and labeled their outlet “as a bogus news outlet that does not check its facts.”
HipHopDX.com allegedly said that 50 Cent has used his influence and power to attack their small independent media company for posting untruthful content. According to reports, 50 has sued HipHopDX.com first for claiming that the outlet used a photo that he never authorized them to use.
