It’s no secret that Remy Ma reigns high when it comes to females in Hip Hop. Now, she cosigns newcomer Cardi B, whose latest hit “Bodak Yellow” has turned into a wordwide movement. 

In this clip from VH1.com’s Facebook live, Remy Ma reveals the first time she saw Cardi B performing at a talent show at a mere 17 years old. At that point, she knew there was something special about her. 

Fast forward to 2017, Remy Ma speaks on the possibility of a collab with the LNHH star.

“We actually were talking about it last night. [Cardi] like literally grabbed me. She was like, ‘We need to do a song together.’ I was like, ‘OK.’ She’s like, ‘I’m not playin.'”
