Rihanna has to stop being so talented in music, television, and film, right? Wrong.  Riri will star in the music-based movie, Annette, with actor Adam Driver.

At first, the producers had Rooney Mara as the lead actress, but due to outside obligations, Mara had to drop the project.  Before grabbing the part, the Anti artist was rumored to appear in the film.  It is now confirmed that Riri is a cast member. 

This is not Rihanna’s first rodeo in a television or film role.  Ri can also be seen in the television hit “Bates Motel,” and the films Valerian & the City of a Thousand Planets and Ocean’s Eight.

The film is said to start shooting this Spring in various locations, including Los Angeles. 

Rihanna seems to be slowly moving into the movie scene.  She is about to be threat not only in the music industry, but also in the movie industry.
